Marcus founded Embiex in 2011 with the purpose of diligently and skilfully leading private companies through the exit process ensuring maximum value, conflict free advice and timely execution.

Prior to 2011, Marcus had 12 years M&A and private equity experience. Marcus was a Director at Deloitte and PwC and worked in ANZ's Private Equity team where he was responsible for the Valex, Neller and RideoOn! deals and was a board advisor to Neller, Valex, RideOn!, ILS and Nortruss.
